For the first virtual event of the Netherlands User Group, Thierry de Reus, Head of Technology at Fanalists, will share how he and his team connect, centralize, and enrich fan data using Dataiku DSS to create relevant and personalized fan experiences and improve marketing activities.
Fanalists is an agency helping organizations in sports, media and entertainment with data-driven marketing and decision-making. Every fan is different, and so is every data project. And that's why it found itself building Rube Goldberg machines, although unintentionally. With rising costs and lower quality projects as a result.
